Akkurat s.r.o. is a team of in-house translators and reviewers and also an agency with an extensive database of freelance translators and reviewers. We use a test translation, or a review of a test translation, to select our freelancers.

Translators/reviewers are added to our database only after they have met demanding requirements. Our aim is to complete a high-quality translation with accurate, consistent terminology.

In practice, this means we are involved in the process from start to finish. We process the source text using computer-aided translation tools, which guarantee terminological consistency and even savings, if the text contains repeated passages or sections.

Put simply, each text is translated by a tried-and-tested specialist translator, then checked and edited by a second translator or reviewer. The “two pairs of eyes” principle thus guarantees that the resulting text is stylistically appropriate and contains no errors.
